Raised By White Parents: A Black Adoptee Speaks

Angela Tucker, a black woman who was raised by white parents, discusses the struggles of being a transracial adoptee. Angela was adopted at the age of 13 months, after receiving a diagnosis of spastic-quadriplegia, and being left at the hospital as a ward of the state of Tennessee.
